When you call to get registered as a new patient at our office, our staff will ask that you contact your previous provider to transfer your records to our office. You can do this by coming to our clinic to sign a Medical Record Request form. We will then fax this form to your old provider. The second option is to sign the same form at your previous provider's office, authorizing them to release your information to us. We are more than happy to facilitate this for you, upon your request.

High Point Pediatrics offers the opportunity for expecting parents to come in for a short visit to meet our providers and tour our facility. These visits are called “Prenatal Consults”. Call us to set up a Prenatal Consults and we will be happy to meet you!

Sick appointments are illnesses that develop within the last seven days such as a sinus infection and/or common cold. Some chronic conditions can be seen for “sick appointments” if there has been an acute worsening such as an asthma flare-up. When in doubt, please give the office a call to speak with a medical assistant.
